1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of SRM Tech Solutions (https://www.srmtechsolutions.com) or contracting our engineering and marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our site or services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

SRM Tech Solutions provides software engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and digital marketing services. All custom deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment terms are formally documented in individual project Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements executed between SRM Tech Solutions and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final settlement of project payments according to the agreed Statement of Work, all custom code, design assets, and deliverables developed specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. Pre-existing frameworks, proprietary developer toolkits, or open-source libraries retain their respective licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and project materials required to maintain the estimated project schedule. Delays caused by pending client approvals may adjust final completion dates accordingly.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

All software development projects include 30 days of complimentary post-launch bug fixing and support for issues within the original project scope. Extended maintenance, feature additions, or infrastructure monitoring are managed under ongoing support agreements.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
